| Slide hook that supports canopy issues on my Sungate V1, any help?
Another **** issue on this Sungate! Great bed but a fussy *****.
Anyways, the Slide hook that support the canopy is pushing out at the top causing it to completely come off the knob after just a few uses. It pops the E-clips (washers) right off. I checked the endcap, no sign of cracks. Knobs show no remarkable wear. Future Industries not much help with this one, hopefully one of you guys have heard of this issue, or have a better fix to what seems like a design flaw. Could it be the springs are just not tight enough (seem pretty darn tight though)? Any help is totally appreciated and as always I will be always available to return the favor in anyway I can.
