Make sure that the paddle isn't bent or missing and make sure it clicks when pushed in. Also, make sure that one of the cables is not holding it out. That is a simple fix.
Hi Sun Doctor - I have an Avantgarde 600 and also powers down after a few seconds. Error code is E040 . Just wondering if you can post a picture of where I should look for the paddle so I can check if your solotion works on my bed. Thanks for your help I really need this bed up running for my busy period.
