I appreciate your response and am puzzled. Would love an opportunity to discuss it with you. After seeing your posting, I personally reviewed our inventory and all bottles were over-filled. By law, our bottles should have at least the volume or weight that is noted on the label and we take compliance seriously. Our filling and QC staff should have caught any mis-filled bottle.
The response you note from one of my customer service reps about the process of filling bottles was inappropriate, unauthorized and is just plain erroneous factually. More important, it did not address your email to us and this is inconsistent with our philosophy of addressing complaints properly. Poorly handled without question.
Call me when you can. I would like to understand what you received and also get replacement product to you.
