See when people do things like that, it makes them throw fits for businesses that actually follow the rules. I didnt honor the service (ie $19
spray tan) but do honor the value...I had people threatening me, writting bad reviews etc. They had a freaking year to use it AND they didnt lose anything! Oh well. I also will charge them the fee if they do not show up or are rude when canceling before 24 hours. The rules are stated on their groupon. Usually I dont charge for canceling, but if they are rude about it, then I will (rude being a gal yesterday thought she was at 1030...she was at 10. Called and left a message explaining her own mix...that is fine, I was going to reschedule her. Then calls back an hour later yelling that she doesnt get why I refuse to answer my phone or call her back...she called before I was opened. SInce she left the second rude message, I informed her there was a fee for not canceling within 24 hours.)
