Ok, so after about opening my mobile
spray tanning company about a year ago, I have decided its time to hire my first technician as an employee.
I have defintely gotten to the point where I can't handle the amount of appointments I am getting and I need the help! I also have an upcoming wedding/honeymoon coming up, so I know it will get even crazier within the next few months!
So my potential hire started as an assistant at parties, etc. She is great! Perfect person for this position.
She's training with training solutions, taking tests, getting certified, all that good stuff.
What I am concerned about, is how do I know she won't just do tans under the table and not report them to me?
She is trustworthy, sweet, smart, etc...It just seems so easy for her to make extra money without me ever being the wiser.
Does anyone have any advice on this? Or is it just going to come down to good old fashioned trust?
I had her sign non-competes and all that already...
Also, any other advice would be greatly appreciated...should I have her reach a weekly quota on the number of tans/clients she gets?
What should she take out of a $45 tan?
ANY help would really be appreciated!
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!
