I don't think you need to buy alll new equipment. I think it is important to bring in at least 1 new bed every 3 years. Be it the newest VHOR unit, HP or even entry level.
You need to keep your customers wanting to come back.

Many times salons become stale for clients, same old beds, same old lotions, same results.
