When you say you manage your Google account, are you talking about managing your Google results? It seems like now people always Google the salon and try to find third party information - they don't trust people talking about themselves.
Do you spend any time managing your reputation via reviews on third party sites? What kind of offers do you give them? Have you noticed any results? |
