Hello! This tanning salon has been in Athens for many, many years. I just recently bought it last summer, August 2010. It's been a wonderful adventure & I've had so much fun, but I miss being a stay at home mom. We also have our house for sale & plan on moving a couple of towns over asap, as our 3 children are already enrolled there.
We have 11 tanning beds, 1 Stand -up bed & a Mystic spray booth. All our beds are in good shape & have been well taken care of. We are located in THE Shopping Center in Athens, Heritage Square & are next door to BlockBuster Video facing Hwy 31. This is a PRIME location. We're asking $80,000 for the salon. All beds, equipment, computer, fax/printer, furniture, candles, lotions/products, jewelry, clothing, etc. is included in this price. Our lease in up in August 2012 & can be renewed.
