i use levels (4) and explain to clients that when comparing salons..comparing levels isnt the way to do it.
our levels go by wattage
level 1 100-120 watt
level 2 140-160
level 3 160-200
level 4 220
i explain as the level goes up the lamp wattage goes up - simple concept they seem to understand - except every now and then u get people thinking they need to start in level 1
