leaving leased space - can I take wiring? I am leaving my current space - too expensive, but am moving to building next door. I remodeled and paid for everything - which was stupid....but its done. Question: it states in lease I can take "trade fixtures". What does that mean? I must leave the walls, doors, etc - but the 220 wiring/plugs/etc are mounted on the outside of walls - or ran across the top of 1/2 walls then dropped down. They would be easy to remove. Is this a typical move when vacating a current space? I need to know if "trade fixtures" are considered the special wiring for running the units - which in turn are my business trade. |
