ETS Bypass Plug

This question comes up all of the time. I don't understand why it is not just included in the manual or why people just don't pick up the phone and call ETS directly but here it is in all of its glory, how to make the ETS Bypass Plug.

You will need an RJ-22 connector that either has the wiring already crimped on or you will also need some flat four conductor telephone cable and a set of the appropriate crimpers to make your own.

If you use one pre made or make your own take careful note as to the orientation of the wiring to the plug tab. Verify the pin positions that you are connecting together or the plug will not work.

Follow the diagram for the correct pins on the plug to be connected together.
