Who in turn called a San Diago police (I think is was SD). You seem to have left that out. Reports were made, PDFs are available. You see, if I have something odd come up and I am not sure how to handle it, I call someone who knows about that topic. I am sure thats what he did. Duh. Great job once again leaving out details.
