Reflective LP tubes will usually have about 20-25% more total UV output than the same lamp without a reflector.

I don't think it would be possible to put a Reflector in an HP lamp. HP lamps typically have a wide beam spread with reflector behind it. If the reflector was in the lamp you would get a much more narrow beam of UV & it would most likely cause major heat issues & hot spots.
