Having dealt with many solutions I can safely say that it is not the solution per say but more the individuals body and habits.

I believe it happens for two reasons.

1. This is an area that tends to be a bit more sweaty on women so body oils are concentrated in this area.

2. Many Women put on perfume right in that area and the oils and alcohols (very drying) from the perfume sit there 8-12 hours or longer if they don't shower and it denatures the DHA and if it is cheap perfume that is full of alcohol it accelerates drying in that area, hence the "peeling" "splotchy" effect.

You can recommend in your before and after care tips that they ensure they exfoliate the decolletage area well PRIOR to spray tanning and for after care DO NOT spray perfumes directly onto the skin while enjoying your spray tan.
