Is she getting any color at all? If she is waiting the full 8 hours and doing the proper preparation, then perhaps you should try a higher percentage formula or apply what you're currently using a little heavier. Some people are somewhat resistant to dha. Do a search on this site and see what pops up.. maybe it applies to your situation.
