Not exactly sure what the reg's are but my waiver states 18 and under parental consent and parent or guardian present. No topless or bottomless for minors. If 19 they can make their own decision as they are a legal adult in Canada at that age. I do not spray anybody before explaining everything and getting waiver signed. |
