Beauty of a price??? Did you get paid to say that?? The salon's rent is $3500 a month (x12 months=$42,000) and the salon is not grossing much more than that. Without payroll or advertising (which the salon needs), I figured the salon is in the hole atleast $10,000. Plus it is appx 2500 sqft and only has 8 units. After looking, you might only fit 4 more the way it is set up. My last salon was 1800 sqft and had 16 units!!! My buddy wants to buy it and I advised him against it...he is still interested!!
