 Itchy redness???
I have a customer that got a reaction and I'm stumped. She used the suncapsule ultra 200 stand up unit for 9 min, which she has been using for a few weeks. Yesterday, she came out and said she had redness on her back that was very itchy. I assumed it was a little burnt, but it's not. Also, she has a tatto on her back that is red and swollen. She hasn't had problem in this bed before. She is using the same lotion, Monarchy, which she has been using for the past few weeks as well. I was thinking it is either sunburn or a heat rash, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts, or anyone run into a problem like this?
