Any help would be great. Dr Kern bed has the remote button on the wall that powers up the bed. My main timer shows the bed time, the button on the wall lights up. But when you push the button nothing happens. Sarge/Jeff hooked these up, and I can not find a working number for him. You can hear it click like it wants to start, but no go. Thanks
