Well so much for that. After setting up an agreement, taking over half my space, making me fire 3/4 of my staff (not up to spa standards) and trying to bend us to their will, they walked in today and said it ain't gonna work, we're moving out - thanks for trying. No notice, no warning, no attempt to discuss, just goodbye. So they're returning my beds and I get to keep the reno work. These folks wanted the space but had no use for the tanning side at all. "It's easy", they said. THEIR sales didn't show how easy it was. "Men shouldn't work in a spa" they said, MY sales of SPA services beat the CRAP out of what they sold on the tanning side - and *I* wasn't being cooperative? As often heard on this board: FAKEM! If anyone else here is approached by them, my only advice is: RUN! They want a spa and will simply walk if they don't get EVERYTHING that they want. You will give up your identity and soul to these creeps. Yes, I'm bitter but I'm a fighter and will be here.
