im also 13 & i want to loose weight because i want to look better theres no harm in that =) & by the way whatever you do dont go gym because uu start going gym for about 1 month or a week & then u get sick of it & stop going & if uve lost some weight by turning the fat into muscle it will all turn back into fat once u stop going i know im 13 & u will proberbly say how would she know, but ive read alot & trust me i know. |
