We are trying to sell our tanning salon AGAIN. We opened in sept 2004 and we closed in sept 2008 b/c we had a contract on the business. The man that was buying it wrote us several bad checks and now the business has reversed back to us again.

We have 5 tan america tanning beds all new in 04 and we have helios pos system and 1500 sq ft building with one more year on the lease with a five year renewal cap. We have $42K in the buildout alone. Asking $45K for it but will entertain all offers.
