Does anyone have this problem? Sometimes when we swipe a credit card helios will crash. When you bring helios back up, the transaction looks like it went through, but in actuallity it did not. The transaction does not regestior as credit, cash, or check, but it is still on thier account and on the amout in computer on the shift report. It does not show up on the total revenue line on the shift report. If anyone has a fix for this it would be great. It happens frequently.
