As a potential buyer I would prefer the prices be listed.
As a potential seller I would post the prices too -- whatever it takes to "motivate" a buyer and ulitimate sale.
I do believe it should be "seller's discretion" to list or not list pricing -- just like any classified listing online, in the paper, etc.... JMHO :-)
