Re: How would you transition from providing eye protection to requiring eye protectio

EJ... What are you talking about??? Tons of salons have loaner eyewear.

We sanitize ours after every use... we soak them in solution, not rinse them through a urininal. We have never ever had one complaint about pink-eye, hepatitis, or even the mythical hepes from our toilet seat. We thoroughly clean our beds and eyewear with the customers well-being in mind.

Thanks for the insults as I expressed my opinion and our procedures.

and... you absolutly loose customers by nickle and diming them. Have you ever asked a former client of your salon why they left your salon for another? Probably not, and neither have I... because when they leave you, they vent to the new salon.

A salon up the street has sent us more business by default because their staff was snobby and pushy when it came to lotion sales and eye protection. Our customers love our salon, policies and freedom of a hassle free experiece.

Every time a customer comes in tan you suggest they pay $3.00 or $4.00 (extra) for a pair of goggles to get past the guard, or $0.50 to $1.00 (nickle and diming) for winkies only to toss them out becuase people don't like them.

Thanks again for the nice comments
