Re: How would you transition from providing eye protection to requiring eye protectio

We are a community eyewear provider... its been that way since day 1 from the previous owners. So its always been a practice here to soak, rinse and dry eyewear.

We have never had a disease problem that we know of... the only problem we have is people not returning them after each use.

We also have people who flat out don't want to use eye protection. So, to combat the people that do not wear or deny eyewear... we are now putting them in each room via a tanning basket (Towel, Eyewear, Mint) that is placed on the bed.

We wrestled with Peepers vrs Goggles... but the wife does not want to give away the cost of the Peepers, so we decided to use goggles and after each use (or not) thrown them in the soak tank. It also helps cut down on the stealing since we know what room they were missing in.

We provide them FOC... if the customer chooses not to wear them... Oh well, we did our part. We still sell Peepers $0.50 a pair and googles for $3.00. But no one is getting rich or paying any bills off the sale of eyewear. The money is in the lotion and tanning, so why nickle and dime someone to death... I guarantee you loose customers over a "show us your eyewer or pay for it" policy

Sorry just my opinion and the way we do it here.
