The best 100 Watt lamp in terms of strength vary depending on what you need. You can go with cosmedicos 100 W VLR TT lamp (@$14/lamp). It has a higher UVB output. It would be great for more immediate color, but does cause more reddening, so if you're operating a 15 minute bed, it might be too hott. You'll find people that normally go in for 15 minutes are only going in for 10-12 minutes because of the intense UVB output.
You could also try the cosmedico 100 V VLR 9k90 lamp ($16/lamp). The benefit is that it is a four phosphur blend so the lamp life is up to 1,000 hours instead of 600. However, for an entry level bed, do you want to offer a lamp with such a high UVA output (more bronzing power). Better off saving that for your higher levels.
All this is based on a 15 minute bed.
