Re: How would you transition from providing eye protection to requiring eye protectio

I went from supplying eyewear to requiring them to have their own 5 years ago and it was the BEST thing I ever did. I did it right in the busy season for 3 months when they purchased a package, I gave them a pair of goggles at no charge. So March, April, and May, we did this to transition them over to mandatory eyewear. After that time they had to purchase their own or buy the ONE TIME use wink ease. I have never had a problem since then. We gave ample time for the transition and new customers are informed we are not providers of community eyewear. It has been the best thing I have done. Less time worrying about cleaning and drying eyewear, not to mention sales are up due to eyewear. Also for the largest package we offer for each of our beds we give them a free pair of eyewear!! Thanks all to training from Brenda Fishbaugh from EyePro! I wish you luck it really helped us and our customers.
