we just put a sign in all the rooms that said, for sanitary reasons we will no longer be providing eyeprotection as of such a date. you will be required to have your own eyewear. Eyewear can be purched from now until said date at a discount. (4.00 instead of $7)
If they ask, we tell them, proper sanitation procedures of eye protection are very precised and almost never done properly in any salon. Community eye protection can cause pink eye, pass colds and flu's very efficiently, but the worst is it can also pass hepititas.
The last part, and a counter mat with a pic of an infected eye, usualy does the trick.
