I usually spray tan once per week or longer & I don't use tan extenders. But I make sure to soak in a tub with oil & scrub the "old" tan off the night before. Otherwise every 10 days. My tans seem to last 7-10 days. And that is without a tan extender. My tan lines are still there if I don't soak & scrub. My regular clients spray about once every 1 1/2 weeks, or every 7 days if they have an event or schedule issue. They use tan extenders though. I think it depends on the type of solution used & each persons skin condition & bathing habits. Everyone's different.
