Changing out the amperage on the breaker won't affect what the bed is drawing it wouldn't have any impact on the voltage. It would just allow more load, and your problem isn't in the fact that yoru breaker is tripping, but yet that your lamps are not fireing correctly. You have changed out starters.. are they identical to the ones that came with this unit? The lamps in the top and sides how long has it been since you changed those till the time this problem started?
are all you cooling fans working? Wish I could just see that thing...it's frustrating trying to do this over the net...!
