trust me. If someone is doofy enough to hang out at a tanning place for HOURS they have NO IDEA what "loitering" means.

You can put up a sign that says COUCH IS FOR TANNING CUSTOMERS or something along those lines.

Make a joke of it.

Oxygen in salon is for tanning customers only. Free air outside.
