If you are reading 7.4 or 74 on a 6.0 meter on that bed then you better get the fuque out of it now. That would have a Te time of about 3 seconds. It should not read more then .74 mw/cm² UVB on that bed.

The 6.0 meter is useless without the other two. Don't use it for total output.

Also, you should be running reflector lamps in that bed top and bottom.
