How would you handle this?
I have had a couple of situations where a customer preorders DS Black from me, which I only charge $75.00 for, due to the area I'm in, and they find it for $50.00 at another salon several miles away. I handle the "Ebay and internet buys" by explaining the risks involved, but it really puts me on the spot when I have to explain why I'm $25.00 higher on a bottle sold in another salon......any ideas?
