Re: Customer's brats in waiting room

My wife has the same policy. There are too many things that can go wrong, and being the business owner, you're always going to be held liable when something bad happens on your property. My sensitive side says to put your foot down and hold fast to the policy; always protect yourself, even if it means losing a customer - you may lose more than that if you give in. My practical, experienced side says send the customer to my store and her kids can play with mine; or help wash beds, or sweep the floor, or change lamps ... the possibilities are endless. Good luck with this. -Belvy
