Just talk with her and say that you would hate for anything to happen to her kids and you/your staff cannot babysit them. It's for their own safety. Any parent that cares about their children would understand this. I tell them that it's too big of a
liability. Find someone to watch your child or I don't let you tan, no matter how "well behaved" they are. One rule for everybody.
