[FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']Personally, if I were to NOT eat before going to the gym, I'd probably be passing out. Actually, last week I didn't have time to eat some breakfast before working out, and I felt so incredibly tired by the end of it. I don't think eating a huge meal is a good idea, that'll make you sick. I wake up, eat some oatmeal and half a cup of egg whites, get ready, relax, and then go to the gym. I'm not a nutritionist, and I'm not an expert in any way, but not eating before exercise seems like a terrible idea to me. How are you going to have enough energy to do any work? Low calories, low fat, low sodium, low sugar...that's what I stick to and it works, I feel great, look great and I have energy to do a great workout. I also eat after the gym. So I guess I'm going against everyone?[/font]
