There are different methods of leasing a space. Some lessors will include tenant finish-out in a lease if you agree to 5 years with a 5 year renewal. We have a triple net lease. We less than $9.00 a square foot. However we property tax and for all repairs and improvements. However, there are some retail stores that pay close to $40 a square foot.
