It's funny, we're def. getting busier but i certainly don't consider it "busy season" yet. Seems like it's gotten condensed more and more. It starts beginning of April, balance is crazy and may is just insane. We'll go from 75 or so a day in feb. to close to a 100 in march and April 175 or so (hopefully more) but May we jump to 250 +. Be nice if it were more "even" huh? Last year was first down year.....about 11% gross. Expenses keep going up. I agree concerning price increases..."sneak 'em in" over the course of the year. I won't touch single session prices but our pkg.'s...we sell 5, 10 & 15 i'll increase a few bucks @ a time here & there. Good luck all.
