I spoke with you Wednesday March 12, 2008 I called from Alachua Florida. The company I support is Lineless Tanning Salon, After a black-out in our city we had trouble with our Tmax manager. After getting support from you our timer was reset and the units on the wall in the rooms were reset, the problem we are now facing is no communication between the Salon touch software and the Tmax manager. After consulting with you I went to Radio Shack and purchased a brand new USB to Serial adapter installed the drivers and rebooted the PC, after launching the software i still had no communication.
I ran a Comm test and tmax was seen on Com2 but it never said tmax was succesfully found. I consulted with Salon touch and we did some troubleshootin for 20min. and it seems to come back to the Tmax manager, Is there a comm chip in the manager that could possibly need replacing?? |
