If you have magnetic ballast, I don't think they will work. The lamps made for magnetic ballasts have a different gas in them than the ones made for choke ballasts. I think they also have different cathodes in them. I do know that magnetic ballasts will eat up the new era lamps like the 9k90 lamps and Solglass lamps. I would check to see if they work in your Tanamerica beds but I don't think they will. I have some Puretan beds and I wouldn't be afraid to use them. They may just be discounting them to get rid of them
