I moved to Canada from the Seattle area and noticed that all the tanning salons in my area have really old and low end beds in nasty or average salons. I am used to multiple tanning level, higher end salons with great
UWE beds. I have decided I can be ahead of the curve in my area if I open a new salon, focus on cleanliness and offer great beds and great service.
I know location is important, but can I afford $36-$46 tripple net?
Is location going to pay for itself?
