Julian, I agree with just about everything you said about the low pressure lamps. There are really only a couple of Hp bed out there that are ultra low uvb like Ultrabronz and th Heartland bed. Beds like the Magic, Mastersun, and Matrix are around the 1.6% uvb which is enough to even start out in these beds. Other beds like the Ergoline 1050, in my opinion, have way too much uvb for a high pressure bed.
