I do mobile spray tan parties, so I'm offering them in conjunction with these. Also offering them separately as entertainment for kids birthday parties/entertainment at corporate events (think company picnic). I also will have a booth at a couple of our local fairs this year and plan to sell the tattoos at the fair. I'm thinking it will pay for the cost of my booth (where I will also be promoting the spray tanning).
I'm not sure how well you could sell them if you weren't mobile though. We'll see how much of a market there is for it. I already had an airbrush, so I spent less than $150 to get started with the tattoos.
