It's velcro enclosed and doesn't need to rub along your clients arm if you want to send them directly to the stand up. You can just drop it on their shoulders very lightly and not worry about streaking their bronzers. Also if you can buy the crushed velour they dry incredibly fast when you launder them and buy the largest size you can find. She is a small model and that's a Large robe because you want it to lay loose on them.
