What you do during the busy season and how you follow it up during the slower season will determine the success of the slow season. Price structure and the packages and memberships you sell will determine your fate. Advertising also drives sales. There are 3 different advertising seasons that should be driven by different types of advertising and different messages. If you feel there is no business to be done at certain times of the year , typically you will not do any thing to change that. This is why salons fail.
