The solution to this is very simple. Go over exactly what is expected (work 1 or 2 shifts with her to show her how you want everything done, if you have to). I suggest compiling an employee manual (that is very specific in laying out the duties) & have her sign it. If she doesn't straighten up and do her job, get rid of her. Seems to me like she is taking advantage of the situation. If it were any other employer, I'm sure she'd be long gone for pulling what she has.
