Here's my 2 cents. Good idea for a survey.

1. Ingredients ( if I'm dousing myself in this stuff every week I don;t want a bunch of crap in it)

2. Color

3. Duration of Color

4. Consistancy

5. Price ( I don't buy products on price rather on performance. I'd rather be the best at what I do not the cheapest)

6. Shelf life
