Yes you can, as long as you hace four conductor wire ran to the rooms. If you are using thermostat wire then you could splice on some flat cable to the ends to crimp the plugs onto. For the front, you just tie all of the wires color for color together to a single flat cable and plug it into the Manager.

T-Max will work daisy chain or backbone. It doesn't know how the wire is run or connected.
