If I use this on my face 2x a week ingredients have to be the most important to me. I feel like after I find the ones with the best ingredients then I'll find the best color within those guidelines. Shelf Life is last for me because I don't plan on having it lying around long.
I will pay any price for high quality so price isn't a huge factor either.
